The Real Time Location Roll Call Solution automatically identifies the location of all personnel with in real time pinpoint accuracy allowing you to ensure that Personnel have reached a place of safety at a critical time. The system can automatically identify whether people remain in the building affected or they have reached an assembly/muster point. Providing they carry their ID badge, you automatically know where they are.
The system is designed to accurately identify the location of employees, visitors and personnel entering and leaving each building on site in real time, shortening response times to the incident and enabling responsible personnel to locate Personnel and visitors in an emergency.
Each employee is issued with a (RFID) Personnel badge/tag which transmits every 1.2 seconds a signal that uniquely identifies it and them to the system.
Wireless Location Modules (WLMs) detect the ID badges as people enter and leave each building. Each WLM is configured to detect badges within a specific read zone, this can be anywhere between 1 and 80 metres.
Wireless Location Module are positioned at each emergency exit point. When Personnel gather at an assembly point, the System logs the presence of all personnel at each point to the central system, and more importantly, the last known location of each tracked person in real time, displaying the information to incident managers through a smart device or other portable media device.
The sequence in which WLMs receive the tag signals will determine whether the person is entering or leaving the building. The system will monitor and record when personnel enter and leave each building.
The RFID Readers will be located at each muster station and place of safety. The readers can read the ID tags of all personnel within up to 50 metres of the muster point, the range is configured on site to suit local/business needs.
When the fire alarm is activated the system has a record of all people the building effected, it categorises them as in 'danger' until they arrive within 50 metres of a muster point or place of safety.
This information and data is shown on a smart device or tablet with photos of all personnel who remain still at 'risk' when the fire alarm is activated.
Muster station readers are fitted with an uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), should the readers lose lower they will continue to operate for 2 hours. A solar powered muster point is also available which communicates through the mobile phone network (GSM).
